I post whatever the heck I feel like, and if you've got a problem with that, feel free to leave. No hard feelings, yo. I'm slowly working on a tags page, but lord only knows when I'll finish that, so below are a few of my common tags.
- this is a stereotypical blog post: all my personal text posts
- krystaaaal's bleh: sometimes I get sad, and this is the tag I use if I post about it
- If something has a clearly defined fandom (ie: Supernatural, Pokemon, etc.) I always tag for it
I haven’t seen the new episode yet, but based on my dash, I believe this is how it ends.
Let’s talk about Goodbye Stranger
Let’s talk about the fact that Castiel fucking patched up a demon’s wounds and made sure she was okay, a demon. Let’s talk about how much they’ve grown together.
Meg pretty much got Cas to feel romantically about something. With Sam and Dean it was a platonic love, but with Meg we see the two of them talking softly and teasing each other.
To say that this was a gateway for Destiel is complete bullshit. Castiel acts differently with Meg than he does Dean, he’s very, very protective of her (as seen in Survival when Castiel, who was acting as a pacifist at the time) refused to help Sam and Dean yet jumped quickly to protect Meg. Meg became his caretaker, and he returned that favor by protecting her as well. He obviously cares deeply for her, enough that he’s smiling at her and agreeing that a good fuck would be nice. He says their kiss was a good memory. Meg even goes on to tease him about how gentle with her he is, (You sure know how to make a girl’s nethers quiver don’t you?) and he replies with “I do indeed know how to do that, but it doesn’t usually involve cleaning wounds.” Castiel is flirting with her. We’ve seen people flirt with Castiel often and he doesn’t understand. But with Meg he does. Meg brings so much out of Cas that neither Sam nor Dean can. He even calls her true face beautiful
Hell, she even fucking says she loves him before she dies (comparison of Amelia to unicorn, Castiel as a rare creature who changed her)
Meg doesn’t act like a complete ass to Cas either. She’s patient (in the car scene in Reading, when he calls her; fixing the light in Castiel’s room), and caring, which is completly a no-no for demons .
Meg was not “priming” Cas for Dean. Cas was not “Opening up to Meg for practice” there was something there.Something strange but good. and I’m actually sad more people don’t see it.
WAS I THE ONLY ONE WHO LAUGHED REALLY HARD WHEN CROWLEY DUG INTO CAS’ STOMACH TO FIND THE TABLET?
“I DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE TABLET SO I EATED IT.”
OH CAS, NEVER CHANGE
Castiel eats his problems.
did you just combine two of the greatest things?
this works fucking perfectly
i’m not even in the supernatural fandom yet and I love this
"save my unicorn”
Clarence [noun] When Meg calls Castiel, Clarence, she’s referring to the movie from 1946: ‘It’s a Wonderful Life” In which the angel Clarence shows George Bailey, that his life is worth living.
Apparently Unpopular Opinion: Castiel is responsible for, and should be held accountable for, the things he did as ‘Godstiel’.
Like, dude. Those were his actions. Why shouldn’t he be held accountable?
Um, yes. I totally agree.
Just here for moral support. I mean, after all, we go way back.
